Welcome to Will Planning Solutions Ltd. owned and managed by Rob Abell. We are now based in Wales just outside Abergavenny (previously in South Leicestershire) and can provide home visits locally, or online sessions further afield using Zoom or FaceTime. We adhere to the strict Code of Practice of the Institute of Professional Willwriters which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standard Institute. We carry £2 million of Professional indemnity Insurance and offer a friendly professional and ethical service, see our testimonials here.
What we do
We aim to keep things as simple as possible, help you to plan and protect what you have work hard for throughout life so that you can give your family the financial security they deserve.
We provide a confidential face-to-face service at a time to suit you in your own home or via an online meeting and without it typically costing you outrageous legal fees found elsewhere.
Take the pressure off your family – passing on your estate will probably be the biggest financial transaction you’ll ever do, and without a Will the Government will make all of your decisions and that’s not a good position to be in.
Rob Abell
Rob Abell is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (for his sins) and an experienced Fellow member of the IPW, the Institute of Professional Will Writers, and has served his time on its managing council for 10 years.
He is also a STEP Affiliate member, adheres to their strict Will-writing Code and always aims to treat his clients as he would treat his own parents and family.
Maintaining a high standard of knowledge is one thing, getting it across to clients in a concise jargon-free way is another. We will make rational recommendations to you, explain the reasons why they are important and let you choose the best outcome for your family.
Rob has been married to Claire for 30+ years, has two married daughters and a dog called Dougie, he loves to combine his passion for walking and cycling with raising money for local charities.
