This is the Institute of Professional Willwriters, the IPW.

We run our business according to the rules and regulations laid down in the IPW’s Code of Practice – you can find more details if you click here. The code is also approved and regulated by the Office of Fair Trading under the CCAS scheme, that’s the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme. This has been put in place to demonstrate to the public at large that we are serious about what we do, and that we will carry out our role with professionalism, care and attention to detail.

Rob Abell is actually a qualified Chartered Accountant for his sins and an accomplished and experienced Fellow member of the IPW, the Institute of Professional Will Writers and has served on its managing council for 10 years. He is also a STEP Affiliate member, adheres to their strict Will-writing Code and always aims to treat his clients as he would treat his own parents and family. Maintaining a high standard of knowledge is one thing, getting it across to clients in a concise jargon-free way is another. We will make rational recommendations to you, explain the reasons why they are important and let you choose the best outcome for your family. Rob has been married 30 years to Claire, has two daughters and a son-in-law and loves to combine his love of cycling with raising money for local charities.
